General Conference session of 1903, AG Daniels and friends eliminate the constitution of the

1901 meeting and AG Daniels becomes (Permanent Chairman). A gag order was placed in the

meeting restricting the advocates of the 1901 Constitution. PT Magan citing Neander’s

history and others stated that by this fashion the papacy came into power. Kingly power,

AG Daniels reinstated the General Conference Presidency contrary to the will of God.

1903 marks the year when Laodicean centralization began. The Messenger of Laodicea warns from St.

Helena, California that the Laodicean church is to be weighed on the balances of the Sanctuary and

if not true to her trust the verdict would be found wanting. The weighing was in the future

at some point in the future the Laodicean Church was to be judged on the balances of the Sanctuary.
